Lucy in disguise

Picture yourself on a boat by the river, with tangerine trees and marmalade skies… ok, not quite but Lucy in disguise is the both retro and vintage shop founded by sisters, singer Lily Allen and  Sarah Owen.

Lucy in disguise made its first appearance at he Vintage at Goodwood fashion fair back in August 2010 before opening their own boutique in Covent Garden.  The line also appeared in the Selfridges   Concept Store as a pop up shop.

The clothes come from vintage fairs and markets with some items bought from Paris and America.  It features clothes designed my Alexander Mcqueen specially designed for Lucy in disguise.

But wait, isn’t this old news? Nope, Lucy in Disguse is set to open a new storeat 48 Lexington Street on August one.  I am so upset |i won’t be there as it’s my Mum’s Birthday then.

If you’re like me and can’t get there then you can shop online!

I love this dress from their vintage range however it is a little out of my price range by two years of student loan 😦
